Due to the recent events in Japan, there has been concern about the possibility of irradiated food products being exported to the United States.

Please see the letters below that show that all ingredients from Japan have been proven as safe and non-affected, as well as tested and cleared.

In addition, U.S. Customs, U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the Japanese Ministry of Health are all currently testing fresh and frozen food products that may have been affected by the disaster.

Shogun customers will be safeguarded against these and all other possible threats to fresh, high quality ingredients.
